You can still benefit from the event. The sales start on November 2nd and end on the 12th. That’s ten whole days of savings! Bring a Friend Shopping Events During the weekend of November 9th-12th you can enjoy several events that are well-worth your time. If you jump on it early next year you can grab a Reserved Bag. Unfortunately, they sold out of those on October 4th so you’re out of luck. North Conway, NH - April 28th is a date that should be marked in red on your calendar. It's Annual Independent Bookstore Day!
The party is happening at White Birch Books in downtown North Conway. (It's also my FAVORITE bookstore) The list of what's going on is almost endless; kids activities, morning story time, giveaways, local authors, and more! There will also be exclusive offers by major publishers and authors that day on merchandise created especially for Independent Bookstore Day. I love the community of independent bookstores for lots of reasons; they are run by passionate readers, they are gathering places of like-minded people, and some would say they are entire universes of ideas that contain the possibility of real serendipity.
